He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim FREEDOM FOR THE CAPTIVES and RELEASE FROM DARKNESS FOR THE PRISONERS. Isaiah 61:1

Anna Cate and Caroline are currently seniors at Mountain Brook high school. Last fall, Caroline & her mom encouraged us to begin reading Half the Sky by Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn. Their hearts were broken and they were motivated to take action against the world-wide crime of human trafficking. They felt called to step out of their comfort zone and fight against the injustice that is overwhelming our world. (Click photo to read more)

Anna Cate and her family have sponsored an orphanage in Ethiopia for many years, and as a result, Anna Cate has watched two girls grow-up there. The girls grandmother was approached recently by a man claiming to be the biological father of the girls. When Anna Cate and Caroline heard about it, they knew the girls could be in imminent danger of being sold into the sex trade. They decided that their privilege could serve this purpose. They decided to do what they could to protect and educate these girls and children like them in Adama. (Click photo to read more)

Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe house and school for up to 200 children in Adama, Ethiopia. This cost will be $300,000. All sponsored 186 kids will attend the school every day, and the vulnerable or orphaned children will move into the safe house. (Click photo to read more)

We had to ask ourselves, "What are we going to do about it?" This movement is the beginning of our answer, but we want to ask you the same question, "What are YOU going to do about it?" Our greatest need is your prayers - for the protection of the children, funds to meet their needs and vision for this organization. The other way to get involved is by donating to our cause. We need financial support and we would greatly appreciate your donation! (Click photo to read more)

Their injustice is our injustice - help us give these children a future.
